Vibra Energy

Vibra Energy, previously known as Petrobras Distribuidora or BR, is Brazil's largest fuel distributor, excelling in sales volume, its network of gas stations, and distribution logistics. The Premmia program, which serves as Vibra's loyalty and payment initiative for all its gas stations, was facing difficulties due to a low-rated app that needed significant enhancements. In conjunction with Premmia/Vibra's internal team, we created the 'Automated Journey,' aimed at facilitating smooth fuel payments throughout the station network and allowing users to redeem loyalty points for products and services directly within the app. Consequently, Vibra has established Premmia as a central component of its digital transformation strategy by integrating various products and partners. The outcomes for 2024 include: a tenfold increase in transaction value processed through the app, over 3 million downloads, and 4.5 million rewards and benefits claimed, a significant rating improvement from 1.8 to 4.8 stars, and integration of 8,000 service stations into the app.

TFSports Offical App | Fitness and Wellness

TFSports | Track&Field

Track&Field® stands as Brazil's largest sports apparel brand and also organizes the most extensive road race circuit in Latin America. The Challenge T&F aimed to enhance the overall experience for both athletes and customers at its events by achieving a seamless integration between its online and physical stores. A cohesive experience across all customer interactions was crucial. Mesa's Solution After a consultative approach that involved analyzing road races, conducting interviews, and reviewing key metrics, Mesa created the TFSports app (available on Android and iOS), which offers: ➜ Integration of online and offline sales platforms with a consolidated view of the entire customer experience; ➜ Tailored offers and communications; ➜ Improved event experiences with easy access to information and real-time results; ➜ Integration with computer vision technology for identifying athletes in race photographs. Over nearly a decade of collaboration, the initial development challenge has transformed into the maintenance of a robust platform, now in its second iteration, which also provides access to fitness classes and scheduling options for sessions with certified trainers. Results for 2024 include: ➜ 47.5 million BRL in net revenue; ➜ 869,000 active users; ➜ 8,000 trainers on the platform; ➜ 3,600 events conducted throughout the year.

Z.ro Bank | Redefining Financial Transactions

Z.ro Bank

Zro is a financial technology company affiliated with B&T, the largest currency exchange group in Brazil, which was acquired by XP Inc. in 2024. The objective of Zro was to establish the first chat-based bank in Latin America, providing Bitcoin cashback and facilitating smooth financial transactions through messaging. The challenge was to merge traditional banking services with cryptocurrency trading while ensuring an effortless user experience. Mesa's Solution After conducting an Innovation Sprint—Mesa's unique agile inception method that aids businesses in defining and fast-tracking their products—we oversaw the development and UX/UI design of the bank’s management platform and applications. This led to the creation of a fully operational digital bank that supports chat-based transactions, cryptocurrency trading, multi-currency capabilities, and standard banking services. Zro Bank quickly emerged as a leader in Brazil’s fintech sector, attracting significant media coverage and establishing a new benchmark for digital banking in the region. Results ➜ Ranked in the Top 10 Scaleups | Top 5 Fintech in the 100 Open Startups ranking; ➜ Launched Brazil's first multi-currency digital bank; ➜ Introduced the first chat-based bank in Latin America.
