Sales Coaching App for Mercuri International

Mercuri International

We had the opportunity to partner with Mercuri International to create a groundbreaking, dual-component solution designed to enhance the effectiveness of sales professionals in the insurance sector. At the heart of this initiative is a mobile app based on Flutter, acting as a training and assessment tool for sales teams. This app includes a series of interactive modules and real-time simulations to evaluate essential skills such as communication, product familiarity, and client interaction. Users can assess their performance using a detailed scoring system that provides insights into areas for improvement. Alongside the mobile application is a React-based Admin Dashboard, which offers management a comprehensive overview of team performance. This dashboard facilitates the customization of training modules and generates detailed reports on both individual and team statistics. Companies can track these metrics over time to assess the effectiveness of training efforts, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making. The application has been widely embraced by insurance companies, which have reported notable enhancements in sales figures and employee satisfaction. With its user-friendly design and strong analytical capabilities, our solution has become a vital resource in the sales training arena for the insurance industry.

UJ Future of Knowledge Website

University of Johannesburg

The Institute for the Future of Knowledge is an interdisciplinary initiative at the University of Johannesburg focused on exploring the connection between our knowledge and future outcomes, with the goal of enhancing both for everyone’s benefit. The client had previously commissioned another agency to create UI/UX designs in Figma, and they needed us to implement these designs on a live WordPress site. The website's administrator can upload events, allowing users to register and receive calendar reminders in advance of the events.
