Public Relations & Business Development for Technology Brand

Viber

Viber, a prominent instant messaging platform, sought a digital PR agency with extensive experience in technology, events, and business development, catering to both B2B and B2C markets. We were able to offer all of this and more, consistently helping them achieve their business objectives year after year. As a digitally-focused agency, we listened to the relevant, digital-first audience, anticipated their requirements, and identified potential platform partners. We actively monitored news to create regular media opportunities and successfully positioned Viber as the premier instant messaging service for users, partners, and brands. Over the years, in collaboration with the Viber team, we helped create essential media messages. We developed the organization’s image as a tech brand that truly understands its audience, which enhanced their brand perception. By effectively addressing the needs of media and journalists, we collaborated with credible sources that bolstered the organization’s reputation and elevated its profile in the Croatian market. We continually assessed potential Viber partners, and our transparent and approachable team enabled us to connect with high-value institutions, brands, and celebrities, significantly increasing the brand's visibility and usage. Additionally, as part of our sales initiatives, we successfully organized several educational events for key market stakeholders, both in-person and online.

Digital Marketing and Better Living

Unknown

Groupe SEB, along with its well-known brands like Tefal, Rowenta, and WMF, has assigned us the responsibility of managing their digital marketing operations, particularly on social media, in Croatia. Digital marketing, and social media in particular, is often challenging to justify in terms of financial investment. Therefore, our strategy focused on determining the actual return on investment (ROI) of social media, extending beyond basic metrics like "likes" and "comments." We recognized that simply engaging with customers wouldn't suffice; we needed a profound understanding of the target audience and the platforms they frequent to deliver quantifiable results for the brands. As Groupe SEB's agency for social media and digital media purchasing, we: - create digital communication strategies; - produce content for social media platforms; - design unique sales and loyalty programs; - manage influencer collaborations; - oversee public relations efforts; and - execute digital media buying campaigns. Throughout our ongoing five-year partnership with Groupe SEB, we have consistently sought innovative approaches, not only in content creation but also in media purchasing. By maintaining a cohesive strategy across all aspects of digital activities, we have successfully driven year-on-year growth for the client's business.

Digital HUB Agency for L’Oréal brands

Unknown

L’Oréal aimed to maintain consistent quality in its digital and social media content for its six major brands (L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, NYX Professional Makeup, Mixa, and Essie) throughout the Adria-Balkan region. This area includes five distinct markets, each with unique characteristics, necessitating a tailored approach. The client also encountered challenges such as language differences, dispersed teams, varying working methods among different agencies, and inconsistent content quality. To address these issues, they needed to create a more streamlined process. Mediacor was selected as the central HUB agency responsible for producing, developing, and managing social media content and community engagement, while coordinating all other stakeholders to meet the objectives for the assigned brands. We also established, organized, and optimized communication and briefing processes for all brands with the product managers, market managers, and digital agencies assigned to specific markets. This resulted in enhanced productivity across both client and agency departments. As a HUB agency with over five years of experience, we developed approximately 1,500 monthly content plans, created various types of content, narratives, and visuals, carried out activations, store openings, and sales initiatives. We successfully introduced several new product lines and connected with brand audiences across five countries. Moreover, we launched one of the largest regional makeup competitions, the Face Awards, which remained unparalleled for four consecutive years.
