The primary objective of the system we developed was to enhance information sharing between employees and stationary dealer services. One of the main challenges was to coordinate the simultaneous activities of multiple service coordinators and manage employee leave days. Our tool made it easier to effectively manage resources, leading to a significant improvement in internal communication. A crucial requirement for the system was its optimal performance on mobile devices. We designed the application as a Progressive Web App (PWA) to enable functionality similar to that of a native mobile app, with a focus on small screen usability through a mobile-first approach. The user experience was crafted with large, easily clickable elements. Utilizing PWA technology permitted us to install the platform on mobile devices in a manner akin to native apps. With The CLAAS Service Calendar, we incorporated modern technologies, conducting front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, and the Angular.js framework, while the back-end was built on the Laravel framework. We prioritized system performance and security throughout the development process.

In developing the website, we aimed to strike the ideal balance between functionality and business sophistication on both the graphic and operational fronts. Our goal was to create a project that would serve not only as a tool to enhance the company’s productivity but also as a showcase for the brand, appealing to both prospective clients and potential employees. To highlight the brand's distinctiveness and individuality, we incorporated a custom set of icons that reflect the company’s identity and operations into the layout. We also designed a comprehensive administration panel that, despite offering numerous features and editable elements, remains highly intuitive and user-friendly. Key components include: an advanced header photo management module that allows for different images for mobile and desktop versions, multifunctional buttons that can navigate to various sections, other pages, external links, or trigger popups from a YouTube player, and integration with HRLink that refreshes the current job listings every hour by automatically connecting to the HRLink API.
