ABOUT MCPK.
We find and take care of your software engineers.
mcpk.is is dedicated to connecting top software engineers with businesses in the DACH region. Our management team comprises former developers and business professionals, allowing us to effectively create and manage software teams using insights from both fields. Unlike traditional outsourcing models, we do not handle projects as mere external providers or an extended workforce. Our approach is grounded in a straightforward principle: we view software engineers as equally important clients alongside companies from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. mcpk. facilitates seamless collaboration between you and your developers in Ukraine, without interfering in the development processes, and we prioritize simplicity and transparency.

OUR STORY
Facing a surge in demand and the need for dedicated product maintenance staff, the client struggled to find qualified IT professionals locally in Austria. They operate a distinctive registered product master data repository that enables effective data consolidation for leading enterprises. To resolve staffing challenges, mcpk. established a local subsidiary on the client's behalf, supplying skilled software engineers, office facilities, and comprehensive HR and accounting support. Starting from scratch, mcpk. rapidly built an engineering team, scaling from zero to six developers within six months, and expanding to nine within the following half year. Today, nearly half of the client's engineering workforce is based at their Kyiv development center, which continues to grow with mcpk.'s full support.
