Mayer Security Services is a security firm owned by veterans and located in Houston, Texas. Established in 2019 by Jason Essazay, a former U.S. Marine with extensive experience in security and intelligence for U.S. government operations abroad, the company is guided by an expert in executive protection, geopolitics, and physical security. Jason founded Mayer Security on the principles of discipline, discretion, and achieving results. We offer licensed and insured armed and unarmed security services for various venues, including construction sites, healthcare facilities, warehouses, logistics centers, private residences, and corporate environments. Our team brings together local Texas expertise and national and international operational experience to provide customized protection for individuals, assets, and properties. Mayer Security Services focuses on access control, mobile and foot patrols, executive protection, event security, and preventing workplace violence. Every task is carried out with effective communication, thoughtful planning, and accountability, ensuring that clients are informed about who is present, what is occurring, and how risks are being mitigated. We are affiliated with IAHSS and ASIS and our teams possess OSHA and MSHA certifications for both industrial and healthcare environments. Our officers are trained to prioritize de-escalation, critical thinking, and professional protection over intimidation. For us, security goes beyond just a job; it represents a lasting commitment to protecting our clients and their communities.
