Our History In 1973, Marco began as a modest typewriter and office supply store in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Over the span of more than 50 years, our team in the US has expanded to more than 650 certified systems engineers and technical representatives, providing services to clients across the country. Marco's Consulting Systems Engineer implemented a comprehensive standardization of the infrastructure across all four locations, introducing new hardware, firewalls, switches, and servers, all centered on Cisco Meraki, complete with redundant internet connections and failover capabilities at each site. Backup as a Service and private cloud infrastructure were integrated to eliminate single points of failure. Marco also assumed complete responsibility for the Support Desk, providing remote support for all four locations, allowing Pleschourt to concentrate on IT strategy rather than dealing with tier-one tickets. The end result was a fully standardized and resilient infrastructure capable of scaling with the business. Domain consolidation is now in progress as the next step in the collaboration.

Client: GP Companies Industry: Manufacturing/Industrial Distribution Company Size: 70 employees, single location (Mendota Heights, MN) Services Provided: Managed IT, Support Desk, on-site networking assistance As GP Companies expanded, the demands on their network and infrastructure exceeded what a single internal IT employee could manage. Finding someone with the necessary expertise was challenging, especially after a partial business sale made it hard to justify a full-time in-house help desk position. The company required more extensive support and a wider skill set.
