About the Team

OUR STORY
**BACKGROUND** Please provide an overview of your company and your role. I serve as the Marketing Director at Eleviant Tech, a provider of digital transformation solutions that emphasizes Automation and Engagement for both customers and employees. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** For which projects or services did your company engage Map & Fire, and what were your objectives? Impiger Technologies North America sought to rebrand and strategically position its products and services in the North American market. Our goal for this initiative was to establish new Brand Guidelines for the organization, its solutions, and its products. Map & Fire initiated the process by interviewing clients to better understand our company and our value to them. They assisted us in developing a new identity and names for both the organization and its individual products. **SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor? Before rebranding as Eleviant, Impiger had collaborated with several branding agencies and conducted extensive discussions with potential vendors. Given our SAGE archetype identity, we believed that Map & Fire, which shares this archetype, would be an ideal match for us. After several discussions with the Map & Fire team and internal evaluations, we decided to engage their services. Describe the scope of their work in detail, including the steps taken and final deliverables. As the Marketing Director, I found it advantageous that they grasped our needs and could help outline our future direction, translating that into a comprehensive brand strategy to ensure a successful path ahead. They clearly defined their process, including specific deliverables and timelines, and supported us throughout. Our collaboration involved several steps: - Customer Research - Overall Brand Strategy - Brand Positioning - Brand Name Definition - Corporate Logo Iteration Journey - Logo Implementation and Brand Guidelines - Product Name Definitions for various Eleviant offerings - Product Positioning Statements - Individual Product Logo Iteration Journey **CURRENT STATE** How many members from the vendor's team collaborated with you, and what were their roles? We worked with Clay (Lead Strategist & Founder), Serena (Brand Strategist), and Tracy (Executive Producer). **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any outcomes from the project that indicate progress or success? Map & Fire provided actionable feedback and insights that helped potential clients better understand the value we offer. Describe their approach to project management, including communication tools and timeliness. Map & Fire demonstrated exceptional expertise and innovative approaches, adeptly refining our ideas into a brand suitable for us. They actively listened to our team’s input, and their solid understanding of our brand strategy and guidebook resulted in our increased confidence. They utilized Basecamp as a project management tool for effective communication and real-time collaboration on documents. What impressed you most about this company? Their professionalism was remarkable. I cannot praise the team enough. Although we were uncertain about all our needs in the rebranding process, they fulfilled every request, often surpassing our expectations. They were a pleasure to work with and delivered high-quality results. When another project arose, we had no hesitation in hiring them again. They demonstrated humility and were enjoyable partners throughout the process. Are there any areas for improvement or aspects they could have approached differently? No, I would change nothing about their work approach. Our collaboration was seamless, and they displayed great flexibility, readily accommodating any changes we needed.
