Airteam emerged from the founder's struggle to manage maintenance and housekeeping for multiple short-term rental properties in Las Vegas, where relying on spreadsheets and WhatsApp led to overlooked tasks and guest complaints. Recognizing that chat-based coordination caused important jobs to slip through, the team developed a focused solution ensuring every task had clear ownership, status updates, and completion tracking. Transforming this approach into a SaaS product, Airteam offers short-term rental teams a reliable platform featuring job assignments, scheduling, notifications, invoicing, and calendar syncing. This streamlined system reduced manual coordination, minimized issues, lowered stress, and enhanced guest satisfaction, enabling the founder to attain Airbnb Superhost status. Airteam continues to evolve by delivering incremental, sprint-based features that address operational challenges efficiently.
