OUR STORY
Salesforce specializes in unifying customer data to provide businesses with a comprehensive understanding of their clients' needs and behaviors. This approach has enabled companies like Sweaty Betty, a prominent UK women's activewear retailer, to enhance their customer service efficiency significantly. Partnering with Sabio, Salesforce implemented a Service Cloud Voice omnichannel CRM solution that resulted in impressive outcomes: a 66% faster resolution time, a 35% reduction in chat volume through effective self-service options, and immediate cost savings. As the UK’s foremost Service Cloud Voice partner, Salesforce, in collaboration with Sabio, empowers businesses to deepen customer insights and optimize sales and marketing strategies, unlocking the full potential of customer relationships.
