How we revitalized a leading cheese processing brand while preserving its heritage. Prima Cheese has always represented more than just cheese. As a family-owned company rooted in North East England, it has thrived by nurturing enduring relationships both internally and with the customers who depend on it daily. The challenge was to articulate this essence clearly and to craft a brand narrative that genuinely reflected Prima's operations. We started by listening—to the employees at Prima and to the chefs, wholesalers, and food businesses they collaborate with. A consistent theme emerged: a feeling of belonging. Prima wasn’t viewed as a distant supplier but rather as an integral part of the team—someone to collaborate with, grow alongside, and trust during critical moments. This understanding led us to a straightforward, distinctive concept: Be part of the mix. This idea resonates on multiple levels. Prima creates cheese blends while also blending people, skills, and experiences within the company. Additionally, they become an integral aspect of their customers’ kitchens, menus, and aspirations. This positions Prima as a partner instead of just a processor and encourages others to feel included rather than merely sold to. The outcome was a brand that exudes a human touch, confidence, and inclusivity. It celebrates collaboration, craftsmanship, and personality without sacrificing credibility or size. At the core of JustMe is a straightforward concept: uncover the realities of identity fraud and equip individuals with the ability to maintain control. We crafted a brand narrative that establishes JustMe as a reliable informant, revealing insights that others may overlook and aiding people in grasping the true situation behind the scenes. The visual identity centers around the theme of protection. Drawing inspiration from the asterisk used to obscure passwords, we designed a versatile symbol that can adjust to various people, environments, and situations. This symbol embodies control, solidarity, and safety, transitioning between expressive and precise depending on the context. A combination of serif and sans-serif fonts adds credibility and warmth, while a thoughtfully curated color palette merges vibrancy with reassurance. Authentic photography anchors the brand in transparency, highlighting the human aspect of fraud and emphasizing that no one has to face it alone. In a field often characterized by sterile, technical solutions and the usual tech clichés, JustMe distinguishes itself by placing people at the heart of its narrative. Nuby: How we crafted a striking new identity for a baby brand determined to stand out. With ambitious goals and an innate playful spirit, Nuby required an identity that was fun yet not juvenile—something that would resonate with parents by evoking trust and instant recognition on store shelves. The goal was to inject vibrancy and character back into the baby section while maintaining a sense of intelligence, safety, and reliability. We began by listening to parents—busy, fatigued, and often overwhelmed individuals who needed straightforward options without unnecessary distractions. What they sought was clarity, confidence, and a brand that empathized with their lives. Nuby didn't have to be louder than the competition; it needed to communicate more intelligently. This led to a straightforward concept: less beige, more baby. A homage to color, curiosity, and personality, rooted in how infants genuinely perceive the world. The brand evolved to be bright, lively, and energetic, without sacrificing trust or purpose. We revamped Nuby’s visual identity to embody this vision. Color became a prominent feature, applied confidently to inject warmth and joy into the brand. Playful graphic elements and expressive typography contributed character, while a clear structure ensured that products remained easily identifiable on the shelf. In addition, we created a new photography and video style that felt authentic and relatable, shifting away from idealized, staged images of babies to focus on genuine expressions and everyday emotions. This approach allowed parents to see their own children reflected in the work, recognizing familiar moments rather than a sanitized version of parenthood. By embracing color, emotion, and relatability, Nuby reestablished its presence in the baby aisle—not by conforming, but by showing parents that baby products can be both practical and joyful.
