**Challenge**: Enhance the complexity of Virtual Reality (VR) training scenarios focused on interpersonal soft skills across various departments and training applications. **Use Case**: Building on the successful implementation of VR learning experiences such as "Difficult Conversations" and "Personal Vitality + Resilience" within Lloyds Banking Group (LBG), this initiative aims to deepen interactions and foster meaningful outcomes for learners, with measurable effects and improved assessments. **Impact**: Lloyds Banking Group has launched Relationship Management training in their six primary UK training centers, utilizing 200 VR headsets (a combination of Oculus Go and Quest business editions) to train their 175,000 employees. The VR training has been integrated into five existing interpersonal skills courses as part of a blended learning approach. As designed, learners participate in the training, undergo assessment, engage in group discussions about their performance and insights, and then replay the training to track improvement before and after the sessions. While the assessment of training impact is ongoing, some benefits of utilizing VR for immersive learning in interpersonal skills training include recognition, as the VR training application has been nominated for the "VR for Training and Education" award at the AIXR VRAwards 2020.
