ABOUT MAJOR ASSEMBLY
End to end packaging for DTC + consumer electronic
Major Assembly is a consultancy specializing in structural packaging design and engineering, aimed at assisting Amazon sellers, direct-to-consumer brands, and consumer electronics companies with packaging challenges that lead to financial losses. Our expertise lies in minimizing shipping damage, preventing FBA compliance chargebacks, reducing material expenses, and creating packaging that performs effectively in practical scenarios, rather than just looking good on shelves. Our founder possesses over ten years of experience in structural packaging engineering, having collaborated with renowned brands such as Bose, Cricut, Fitbit, Magic Leap, and Jabra. We have enabled clients to save over $1.2 million annually through packaging redesign and optimization. If your packaging is underperforming or if you are scaling and need reliable solutions from the outset, we would love to discuss your needs.
