MAIUS Increased Revenue By 242% For YachtLife
YachtLife is the world's first mobile application that enables users to easily and quickly charter a yacht with just a few taps on their smartphones. We partnered with top yacht brokers to curate a selection of high-quality yachts. With the help of Google and Facebook advertising, YachtLife has become one of the leading yacht charter companies globally.
The yacht charter industry has traditionally been cumbersome and outdated in terms of convenience and technology. YachtLife modernized this industry by developing an app and website to simplify the charter booking process, and eventually yacht sales. The YachtLife app operates similarly to Uber for yacht rentals. Initially, YachtLife relied on yacht broker networks and minimal paid ads for growth but sought ways to enhance long-term scalability and lead efficiency. At that time, they were uncertain about their primary performance metric and how to optimize it.
To address this, we conducted audits of YachtLife's app and web funnels. After identifying the key metric, we created a roadmap for tracking, optimizing, and executing our growth strategy. YachtLife already had a strong paid advertising approach, a decent social media presence, and an emerging SEO strategy, giving us access to useful historical data. Our first step was ensuring proper tracking was in place. We then rolled out location-specific landing pages and a finely-tuned paid advertising plan aimed at reducing lead costs by lowering top-of-funnel conversion costs. Alongside our paid strategy, we implemented a location-specific SEO approach, tested various UI/UX enhancements, and concentrated on expanding social media engagement.
RESULTS: Within just one month, we achieved a 46% reduction in cost per lead. Within a year, app installations surged by 1,947%, and revenue increased by 272%.
