⚡️ProFinda & MagicHire

ProFinda

👩🏻‍💻Client: ProFinda, a cutting-edge Total Workforce Optimization platform based in London, streamlines intelligent talent matching, promotes knowledge sharing, and develops comprehensive AI-driven talent profiles to support various global organizations. 🎯Primary objective: To rapidly enhance ProFinda's software by recruiting top-tier professionals within a short timeframe. ⚡️Approach: The initiative started with filling two roles, successfully placing a qualified candidate for the Middle Ruby Engineer position. Another Ruby role was filled quickly, just a week later, when a candidate demonstrated an impressive solution during a live coding interview. Building on these successes, the search for a solution architect commenced, involving three months of efforts to identify candidates with a range of profiles, skills, and experiences. Ultimately, a suitable candidate was pinpointed, and ProFinda's Talent Acquisition Lead directly reached out, leading to an immediate match. 🪄Outcome: Successful placements for several roles, including a Middle Ruby Engineer, two seasoned specialists, and a solution architect, fulfilling ProFinda's talent requirements.

⚡️Responsibly & MagicHire

Responsibly

👩🏻‍💻Client: Responsibly is a Danish startup that operates as a comprehensive supplier data platform, promoting responsible procurement by supplying dependable data from various sources. 🎯Objective: To recruit two Middle and Senior Scala developers to improve the optimization, capacity, and flexibility of their technology platform, adding to an existing team of six Senior engineers. ⚡️Approach: Initially, we performed in-depth market research on salary benchmarks to create competitive offers to attract top candidates. Next, we developed messaging that emphasized the company's advantages and benefits before contacting potential hires. Finally, we meticulously evaluated candidates to assess their skills and ability to tackle complex challenges, selecting the most suitable individuals from the applicant pool. 🪄Outcome: By reaching out to 507 candidates and conducting three interviews with Responsibly and three with the CEO, we successfully hired two proficient Scala developers.

⚡️Shares & MagicHire

👩🏻‍💻Client: Shares is a leading social and investment app in Europe, effectively combining the features of a consumer investment platform with an online forum. It enables investors to purchase stocks, respond to real-time market trends, and receive valuable insights from peers, all in one user-friendly location. 🎯Main objective: To rapidly expand across Europe and recruit new professionals, particularly from France, the UK, or Poland, for on-site or remote roles, as Shares has offices in Paris, London, and Krakow. ⚡️Solution: Shares operates within the UK, EU, and Ukraine, welcoming candidates from these regions due to the team's flexibility regarding location. MagicHire launched the hiring process based on François' specifications and the necessity for market diversity, successfully placing 2 professionals. The first candidate accepted the job offer just 20 days after the initial introduction. 🪄Outcome: After engaging with 668 candidates and conducting 21 HR interviews with 10 individuals during initial calls, we moved 6 candidates to the final stage, successfully hiring 2. Additionally, we recommended 4 suitable candidates for final consideration.
