About Customer Elements.cloud is a sophisticated B2B SaaS platform designed to enhance the visualization and organization of business processes. By providing a centralized interactive cloud environment for process mapping, it helps organizations attain greater operational excellence. Challenge/Problem The introduction of new GDPR regulations in the EU posed a significant challenge for Salesforce marketers, particularly in ensuring data consistency. Solution The Magicfuse team developed an application that promotes a company-wide strategy for adhering to privacy regulations and GDPR compliance. This application enables: Technologies We employed various methods and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Communities, CSV Reader, unit testing, and generic batches. Achievements/Results Within just eight months, we successfully developed and launched our application on AppExchange, where it passed a thorough security review.

Achievements/Result: For more than three years, we have worked closely with Elements.cloud to consistently improve their Salesforce package, achieving a smooth integration with a JavaScript application hosted on AWS. Offering solutions such as Spend Analysis, Programme Management, Pipeline Planning, Tender Management, eSourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Atamis provides organizations with the essential tools for success. Challenge/Problem: Our objective was to enhance the functionality of the existing product to align with the current demands of the target market. We faced challenges related to the technology aspects and ensuring compatibility with both Classic and Lightning interfaces. Solution: We began by assessing the existing codebase and product architecture, making optimizations, and addressing bugs. As we advanced, we shifted focus towards developing new features, integrating with third-party systems, and carrying out research and development tasks. Our engagement encompassed a wide array of activities, ultimately improving Atamis' product and fostering innovation. Technologies: To successfully complete the project, we utilized various technologies and approaches including Visualforce, Apex, Python, Heroku, Salesforce Communities, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
