The Elk County Visitor Center 3 Screen 4D Theater

The Elk County Visitor Center

In 2019, we had the chance to create a new film for the 3-screen 4D theater that we constructed a decade earlier at the Elk County Visitor Center. By combining footage from the center, as well as material from DCNR (Pennsylvania State Parks) and our own recordings, we produced a movie displayed on three screens featuring various effects. These effects included smoke, scents, snow, and lighting, all synchronized to activate at specific moments throughout the presentation. The Magic Lantern handled all the editing, sound mixing, color correction, and programming of the effects.

National Parks Service: The Story of Jacob Green

Allegheny Portage Railroad/National Parks Service

We had the privilege of sharing the story of Jacob Green, an enslaved individual who struggled for and ultimately achieved his freedom. It was a great honor for us to convey this remarkable narrative. We collaborated with an illustrator, as well as incorporated music and sound effects, to vividly portray Jacob Green's journey. Additionally, we set up the Brightsign that now showcases the story in the museum.

History of the Trolley

The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum

We created three brief films for the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum that depict the history of trolleys in the United States. By utilizing archival and stock footage, we were able to narrate the story of the trolleys' ascent, decline, and future prospects.
