ABOUT MADE SIMPLERHealth - research, strategy, user experience
We established Made Simpler in 2019 to undertake projects aimed at enhancing people’s health and wellness. Prior to this, we had two decades of experience in the digital sector and spent ten years navigating the healthcare system with our daughter, who has CHARGE syndrome. The obstacles we encountered drove us to launch Made Simpler. We are committed to human-centered design and strive to simplify the health journey for others. Currently, we lead a specialized team that assists clients in developing and enhancing digital health services. We also create physical services and customer experiences, particularly when faced with complex challenges that require innovative thinking and a practical, human-focused approach. Our offerings include:
- Design research: Gaining insights into user and team needs
- Service and product strategy: Planning and roadmapping to align with needs and organizational goals
- Co-design: Guiding large teams to leverage diverse experiences, build consensus, and establish a clear direction
- Concept design: Crafting a narrative and vision for a service
- Accessibility policy, design, and testing: Ensuring that everyone can use your service
- User experience (UX) design: Developing digital services centered around health consumer or staff needs
- Usability testing: Assessing existing products with real users to enhance the experience
We are recognized as Advanced Suppliers on the NSW Government Scheme 00020 and also participate in the federal government's Buy ICT digital marketplace.
