SafeTraces

As SafeTraces' sales sectors gained significant relevance and importance, they required a consistent, polished, and professional appearance for the market, along with sales presentations for clients and investors. In a climate ripe for products emphasizing indoor air quality, supply chain transparency, and sanitation effectiveness, the opportunity to capitalize on this momentum was at hand. Madak and SafeTraces collaborated on a new website, email marketing strategies, paid media, and educational materials that clearly outline SafeTraces' operations. Together, they developed a comprehensive branding package that included logos, internal documents, and messaging. Madak created a new style guide for the SafeTraces brand, designed a robust new website, and produced informative video content aimed at educating consumers and driving sales. These videos and materials were organized into product pages that highlighted the benefits of each SafeTraces product line, which were also utilized in paid advertising. SafeTraces aimed to leverage their digital presence to enhance lead generation and guide more clients through the sales funnel. Our efforts centered on targeted email marketing for their key sales sectors, which include commercial real estate, pharmaceutical supply chain, and food manufacturing. Additionally, we integrated a lead generation system into their website to boost sales. As SafeTraces expands, we continue to create materials in preparation for venture capital pitches and scaling their sales efforts.

Loyal

Loyal is creating a worldwide app community that leverages collective strength, uniting a range of high-quality apps and offering essential resources for success. The Loyal community allows large publishers to enhance revenue through subscriptions, advertising, and other avenues. When Loyal sought the expertise of Madak, they aimed to strengthen their brand identity following their Series A funding and to launch a new website to reflect that. Although they already had over 150 apps, they wanted a more polished branding and website to effectively reach developers. Madak developed a comprehensive new brand identity for Loyal, which included a complete brand guide featuring updated logos, fonts, and color schemes. We also created a fresh website with engaging visuals and user-friendly content designed for app developers and publishers. The site strikes a balance between simplicity and sophistication, effectively attracting new leads. Madak supported Loyal in implementing their new branding, website, and visual elements across all platforms. As a result, Loyal now enjoys a revitalized appearance and a set of tools to help sustain their growth. Our team has also addressed some of their app branding challenges, crafting app icons and landing pages for Rugby.net and the US Rugby app. Looking ahead, we are excited to continue collaborating with Loyal to further develop their brand and marketing strategies for their acquired apps.

United States Rugby Foundation

The United States Rugby Foundation is a national non-profit organization. When they first partnered with Madak, their main objectives were to enhance their online presence and digital marketing, identify potential sponsors and growth opportunities, and strengthen their internal structure. To optimize USRF's digital strategy, we devised a plan to clarify and promote membership benefits, launched a targeted email marketing campaign, and updated their online presence. We created a schedule for consistent content distribution on their website and social media, along with an advertising campaign strategy. Additionally, we developed a "Match Day Tents" program aimed at providing youth teams with co-branded pop-up canopies during matches. Initially, we focused on redesigning their website and customer-facing media channels to create an easy access point for potential donors and give an overview of how USRF supports the youth rugby community. Next, we worked on generating organic web traffic through relevant social media templates and content, including the “With You! Rugby Podcast.” After implementing these updates to their image and strategy, USRF experienced a more consistent influx of donor memberships. We launched these new assets and initiatives through Google Ads and established a new method for tracking donations using a non-profit focused CRM database. Thanks to these organizational improvements, we helped USRF double their web engagement and quadruple their fundraising efforts.
