A customized site for customized coaching

My Body Tutor

MyBodyTutor offers personalized nutrition and exercise plans, along with individual coaching and daily accountability, to support individuals in achieving their health and fitness objectives. Their online program uniquely emphasizes mindset, psychology, and habits rather than relying solely on willpower for weight loss. However, the company’s website was significantly outdated in both design and technology, leading to various challenges for both the business and its users. Clients frequently voiced complaints about the site, and the company was also losing potential customers. The site featured several third-party integrations that needed to be incorporated into the new design. We created a highly secure website that operates efficiently on all devices, featuring a professional design made with the latest UI/UX principles. The site is easily customizable via the Statamic control panel (CP) and boasts a very fast loading speed. The new UI/UX redesign allows the client to adjust the website’s structure without compromising its integrity. We provided versatile design blocks that can be easily modified to meet most of the client’s requirements. As a result, MyBodyTutor's hosting expenses have significantly decreased. Maintenance costs have also gone down, and they are no longer facing downtime from regular updates, ensuring they don’t miss out on potential sales. To enhance loading speeds, we transitioned from WordPress to Statamic and replaced jQuery and Bootstrap with more advanced technologies such as Alpine.js and TailwindCSS. It's worth noting that 94% of hacked websites run on WordPress, whereas Statamic, built on Laravel, is considered one of the most secure and well-supported PHP frameworks available today.

Generating leads and empowering patient journeys

Clinique Michel Gagner

Dr. Michel Gagner is a leading authority in the field of minimally invasive weight-loss surgery. At his Montreal clinic, Clinique Michel Gagner, his skilled team assists individuals struggling with severe chronic obesity. However, the clinic's website did not convey its expertise and professionalism effectively. It had poor performance, leading to dissatisfaction among potential and existing patients regarding their online experience. We developed a highly efficient, fully optimized, customizable, and modular website to boost organic traffic. This new site featured a structured page hierarchy and password-protected patient pages filled with updated information. Additionally, we created a customizable multilingual questionnaire for potential patients. Our strategy included migrating from Statamic v2 to v3, utilizing new technologies like Alpine.js and TailwindCSS, and creating a custom solution for the questionnaire. The outcomes were impressive: - Over 200 unique pages and subpages were generated by the client without the need for a developer's assistance, thanks to the building blocks we implemented. - The cost of website maintenance significantly decreased, and regular updates no longer disrupted the site. - There was a 30% increase in lead generation, driven by the multilingual questionnaire, which featured a BMI calculator and served as an effective conversion tool. We incorporated conditional questions and custom field validations, with submissions directed to a third-party CRM. - A remarkable 80% improvement in loading times was achieved by transitioning to Statamic v3 and replacing jQuery with more modern and lightweight libraries like Alpine.js. - The website enjoyed a 99% uptime, attributed to Statamic's framework, Laravel, which is recognized as the most secure and well-maintained PHP framework available today, ensuring no downtime thus far.

Boosting performance to improve user experience

Chillidog Hosting

Chillidog Hosting offers user-friendly hosting solutions that adapt to the growing needs of businesses, allowing them to conserve time and resources. It caters to platforms like RapidWeaver, WordPress, and Weebly, providing a wide range of products suitable for various personal and business websites. With a global base of satisfied customers, Chillidog Hosting is continuously expanding its services. However, its marketing website was underperforming and required an upgrade to modern technologies to enhance performance, improve user experience, and foster greater customer trust. We developed a highly efficient website that works seamlessly on all devices, boosts user engagement, and received favorable reviews from clients. The outcome was a perfect performance score from Google Lighthouse, thanks to the incorporation of new technologies. The website also achieved excellent ratings in accessibility, best practices, and SEO. Customers noticed a 30% increase in satisfaction due to these performance upgrades, which they communicated to our client. Additionally, we achieved a 300% improvement in loading speed through the implementation of effective caching techniques and advanced technologies. The website also maintained a remarkable 99% uptime, owing to Statamic's foundation on Laravel—a PHP framework acknowledged for its security and maintenance. Over a period of two years, the site has experienced no downtime.
