It transforms the traditional method of exchanging contact details, which typically involved handing out physical cards. As the founder of CardZap, I am actively engaged in various aspects including product development, design, sales, and significant business decisions. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** For which projects or services did your company engage Logicwind, and what objectives did you aim to achieve? From the start of the idea, we enlisted Logicwind for identity branding and logo design. Additionally, I collaborated with their team on the UX/UI designs for the product and website, and currently, they are also developing the mobile app. **SOLUTION** What criteria did you use to choose this vendor, and what influenced your decision? Having previously collaborated with Logicwind on another project and witnessing the high quality of their deliverables, the choice to partner with them for CardZap’s design needs was straightforward. Their expertise, affordability, and our existing relationship made the decision clear. **Project Scope** Detail the scope of work, including project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. The process began with establishing the brand identity. I had created the initial prototype but sought a dependable partner to grasp the vision behind CardZap. I was very pleased with the logo, color scheme, and overall design they produced, which encouraged me to ask them to develop the UI/UX for my app and build a website. During this phase, I also decided to have Logicwind’s team handle the mobile app development. **Team Composition** How many members from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their roles? Initially, one person from Logicwind joined us, and we currently have five individuals collaborating on the project. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you provide measurable results from the project or general impressions of the deliverables? They successfully shaped the identity of my concept through effective branding and design. I am confident that the public response will be very positive once it is launched. **Project Management Style** Describe their project management approach, including communication methods and adherence to timelines. We conducted weekly sync-up calls and utilized a Kanban-style task management system. Google Meet, Google Chats, and Clickup were our preferred tools for communication and coordination, supplemented by email to address potential time zone challenges. The team consistently ensured that they delivered on time and met deadlines. **Impressions of the Company** What stood out to you about this company? Although their technical skills are a key strength, they also understand the essence of the brand and infuse it with creativity and uniqueness. I appreciate how the team, while fulfilling tasks based on our requirements, proactively proposes solutions that streamline workflows while achieving our objectives. Their communication is transparent, along with an accessible structure allowing me to engage directly with the appropriate team members for branding, UI, or development matters. **Areas for Improvement** Are there any aspects where they could enhance their services or alter their approach? My limited experience with remote teams presented an adjustment period for me, which was not Logicwind’s fault, as they were accommodating to my unique development methods. Having a primary point of contact at Logicwind was instrumental in managing the project smoothly. At times, the code required tidying up and refactoring for improved readability and comprehension.
