Kutjevo - Tradition Keeping up With the Future

The primary goal was to develop a webshop that enabled users to filter products by wine lines. Given the rapid expansion of eCommerce over the past two years, launching this webshop was essential for boosting sales. During the website redesign, we took into account the client's traditions and diverse wine selection. Our aim was to create a webshop that was both user-friendly and accessible. Challenges arose during the establishment of the webshop and the consolidation of the website, as several testing phases were necessary to ensure the payment system functioned correctly. Decision-making on updates became challenging and time-consuming with multiple stakeholders involved. However, a dynamic and well-balanced workflow among the parties facilitated swift implementation of changes, allowing for quick adjustments and resulting in client satisfaction. The redesigned website, combined with the integrated webshop, quickly proved to be a success, attracting nearly 11,000 users in the first month, with 18% of visitors coming from organic searches. Users from 10 different countries accessed the site, and 53% of the traffic came from mobile devices, highlighting the significance of responsive web design. Our collaboration with Kutjevo d.d. on this project was recognized with an award in the Website - Food & Beverage category at the Web Excellence Awards. Vidgfit – a First of Its Kind Gifting App

Vidgift

Vidgift is a retail gifting application that enables users to send flowers and gifts along with personalized video messages. Collaborating with the client, we transformed the concept of gifting, creating a new way to celebrate life’s moments with loved ones. Instead of relying on traditional paper notes or greeting cards—which often get lost or overlooked—you can now craft a custom cinematic video message. This personalized video enhances each gift, turning it into a cherished memory that both you and the recipient can view, share, and enjoy for years to come. **Project Concept:** The client envisioned an app that allows users to purchase gifts by first recording a short video and including images they wish to share with their loved ones. **Final Product:** The app was designed to provide a fun and user-friendly experience. To achieve this, we held weekly brainstorming sessions with the client. Users can upload assets from their devices to personalize the available video theme templates in the app. They can record a video clip and take or upload photos, which the app then integrates into the template, resulting in a customized video that is delivered along with the chosen gift to the recipient. This video is accessible to the recipient upon gift delivery, and it is also stored in the app’s Gallery for both the sender and recipient, ensuring easy access and safekeeping long after the occasion. Circle Diet – Personalized Guidance for Nutrition

The client envisioned an app designed to offer personalized guidance for maintaining a healthy daily diet. With just a few clicks, users can easily customize their meal planner and develop a comprehensive daily nutrition plan. The purpose of the app extends beyond simple meal organization; it aims to assist individuals with food intolerances by presenting dietary options through an intuitive user experience. Users can input their personal details and preferences to generate dietary circles that provide recipes categorized by preparation difficulty. While managing food intolerances and allergies can be challenging, this app offers one of the simplest solutions for addressing these issues. The app's algorithm adapts based on each user’s health status and eating habits to create personalized food circles that cater to their nutritional needs. We have developed an algorithm that considers all relevant factors, producing the healthiest dietary recommendations tailored to the user's physical characteristics and health. Additionally, we created a system that organizes dishes into two categories: Cooked and Favorite. Final Product After completing the development of the backend and mobile application, we established a fully operational backend that interfaces with the app and manages user profiles. The algorithm synthesizes various inputs to produce final personalized dietary circles for each user. The parameters considered by the algorithms include height, weight, age, gender, health conditions and medications, blood type, and allergies. Based on these factors, the app selects and customizes circles to generate optimal nutrition plans and recipes for users.
