Client provides financial services tailored for entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses. The firm offers digital banking and invoicing tools for self-employed individuals and SMEs across Germany, France, and Italy. Challenge: Finom sought to boost its qualified leads tenfold but reached a plateau using Google Search. Thus, we explored alternatives to expand their campaigns to meet this ambitious objective. Results: A two-week test yielded a 37% increase in conversions and a 28% reduction in CPA, deemed a success. The initial campaign and expansion to other countries utilized broad match keywords. Finom successfully augmented its qualified leads, with 85% originating from broad match keywords. Approach: Finom features various pricing options and monitors full-funnel conversions, from initial signup to account activation. The weekly conversion numbers were adequate for the bidding strategies to optimize. Search campaigns were organized by country and service, maintaining around 100 active keywords per campaign. The strategy aimed to exploit more queries through broad match keywords and attract quality traffic via a tCPA bidding strategy. We implemented this approach for two weeks (Feb 25 – Mar 11, 2021), allocating 50% of traffic to one specific country. During the test, we transitioned up to 10 keywords from broad match modifier to broad match while keeping the CPA target and bidding strategy consistent.

Targeted Google Ads Leads for Real Estate Company

Client A is a commercial real estate broker based in Florida, primarily targeting sellers of commercial properties such as stores, offices, warehouses, and more, while also focusing on commercial and luxury real estate buyers as a secondary market. The challenge was to generate a consistent stream of targeted leads through Google Ads amid the fluctuating market conditions caused by the pandemic. By adopting a flexible strategy and promptly addressing the client’s needs, we maintained a steady flow of approximately 12-15 leads per week despite the unpredictable environment. Additionally, we assisted the client in recovering from the decline in the commercial real estate market during the pandemic's peak. Throughout the project, we encountered various challenges but were able to deliver value in all aspects. We successfully navigated these obstacles, resolved issues, and continue to collaborate with the client today.

Launched a Clinic Brand and Generated 500 Leads

Client A is a medical center based in Russia, targeting patients seeking paid consultations with general practitioners and specialists. **Challenge:** The task involved launching a new brand for the medical center. **Results:** In the first year, we achieved 3,154 conversions from Google Ads, leading to an increase of 500 leads per month. We encountered difficulties in tracking conversions due to a change in the telephone service provider, but we managed to address this issue. We provided multiple suggestions for optimizing the landing pages, which the client implemented, resulting in a rise in conversions. **Approach:** We initiated campaigns targeting general practitioners, specialists, and other clinic services using tCPA auto strategies that were dynamically adjusted to boost conversion rates. We resolved various conversion tracking issues, particularly when the client transitioned to a new telephone provider, which led to some conversions being excluded from the data. Additionally, the callback widget presented challenges. The client lacked suitable landing pages, making it hard for visitors to navigate and use the existing ones. We recommended creating missing landing pages for certain services and destinations, improving appointment forms on current pages, and introducing additional conversion forms. We are still engaged in the project, implementing system recommendations, refining keyword strategies, including backing tracks where needed, and expanding into broader keywords for enhanced reach. As a result, brand awareness and conversions from brand campaigns are also on the rise.
