LiquidTIC emerged during a crucial time at BrioAgro. We had a talented team of experienced senior engineers, skilled in cloud architecture, scalable backend systems, and advanced software engineering practices, yet there wasn't enough work to keep them engaged. Instead of losing this talent, BrioAgro's founders established a new company and transitioned most of the engineering team to what became LiquidTIC. This allowed us to maintain a remarkable group of senior developers and continue creating high-quality technology seamlessly. Since then, LiquidTIC has functioned as a flexible engineering studio with extensive expertise. About 50% of our resources are allocated to BrioAgro, ensuring continuity and innovation in their platform, while the rest is focused on external projects, utilizing our senior-level experience to provide robust, efficient, and scalable software solutions. We were early adopters of Claude Code, and now we leverage AI not for "vibe coding" but to enhance every stage of the engineering process—architecture, UML design, refactoring, testing, and documentation. We believe that solid design, particularly clear and thoughtful UML modeling, is essential for creating lasting systems. To date, LiquidTIC has concentrated on projects in Spain, but we are actively gearing up for expansion into the American market, where we see a larger opportunity that aligns well with our expertise. Our preferred projects are small yet impactful—usually involving no more than two senior engineers over a month. We excel in addressing challenging, highly technical issues where extensive experience is crucial, delivering better outcomes with a small, senior team compared to larger, junior-heavy teams. We thrive on complex problems, tight deadlines, and projects that demand clarity in architecture, precise implementation, and rigorous engineering discipline.
