I am a Co-Founder of Romanian Adventures alongside Csilla. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE:** What projects or services did your company engage Linnify for, and what were your objectives? Through our extensive involvement in the US travel market, we recognized a significant interest from American travelers wanting to visit Romania, which is an emerging destination. Having been part of the travel industry for many years, we frequently received inquiries from clients and agents requesting travel information about Romania—covering aspects from travel logistics to accommodation booking. Thus, we decided to establish Romanian Adventures. **SOLUTION:** How did you choose this vendor and what influenced your decision? We were introduced to Linnify by my sister, Andrada, who was excited about their work and team. **Describe the scope of work, including project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used:** Our primary aim was to develop a platform that would allow travel agents to access personalized, ready-made offers featuring boutique accommodations and unique experiences sourced from our local connections. **How many members from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their roles?** One of the standout aspects of our experience was Catalin, Co-Founder and Business Manager at Linnify, who was actively engaged throughout the project. His accelerated approach spanned about a week, during which he collaborated with us on all phases of the product. I particularly appreciated his effort to understand our business model (acting as a reseller for travel agencies), which is often complex. He not only grasped it but also provided meaningful external insights that were invaluable to our project. Communication with the remaining team was excellent; our Project Manager, Andreea, was exceptionally organized. Her method of coordinating tasks and ensuring transparency—such as using a checklist for completed tasks—serves as a model for project management. She acted as an effective liaison between us and the development team, ensuring clarity in communication and understanding of each party's needs. The development and design teams were also highly responsive and intuitive, providing us with critical feedback and suggestions when challenges arose on the website. They proactively helped us identify our requirements, which we hadn't considered. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK:** Can you share any quantifiable results from the project or overall feedback on the deliverables? The most significant outcome is our enhanced understanding of our clients, including their needs and challenges. We also have a clearer idea of our product's requirements and the subsequent steps we need to take. **Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness:** The project management was outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience and how well the project was managed. **What impressed you the most about this company?** I believe Linnify’s project management approach is exemplary and should be adopted by all companies. **Are there any areas for improvement or aspects they could have handled differently?** As for areas of improvement, I have no significant complaints. However, I suggest that they conduct tests between their location and areas with unstable internet connectivity before launching a website. I know they are aware of this challenge and are actively working on enhancing their testing protocols, which will address this concern. Their commitment to continuous improvement is commendable. I was very pleased with Linnify's work and strongly recommend them as partners.
