Lightweight Manufacturing was established to cater to the fabric structures and tent rental sector by producing architectural fabric panels. We provide our customers with a comprehensive knowledge of fabric options and their characteristics, along with a variety of manufacturing services, including computer cutting, slitting, and various heat welding techniques such as RF welding, hot air welding, and wedge welding. Our fabric panels, which can have intricate shapes, are designed using specialized software that creates cutting patterns. This process facilitates a smooth transition from engineering design to the manufacturing floor, where the panels are cut, welded, and finished. We offer a broad selection of fabrics from well-known brands like Serge Ferrari and Duraskin, including popular industrial fabrics such as PTFE, PVC-Coated, PVC-Mesh, and Polyethylene. Additionally, we provide Keder, Keder rails, Keder extrusions, as well as engineering and design services for tensioned structures.
