EoCare: AI Assistant for Medical Cannabis Guidance

EoCare is a specialized medical cannabis company focused on providing high-quality, safe, and effective cannabis-based treatments. The Challenge: As an innovative company, EO Care aimed to implement a progressive solution to educate potential clients and enhance the onboarding process. They faced a significant increase in inquiries regarding medical cannabis, which put pressure on their resources and slowed down client interactions. At the same time, they aimed to modernize the onboarding experience. Their goal was clear: leverage technology to optimize inquiries and refresh the onboarding process. We offered services in UX/UI design, development, strategy, and integrations & interoperability. The Solution: We created EO Care’s AI Agent, PEP, to help meet these challenges. PEP is a ChatGPT-powered personal education platform for cannabis, utilizing guidelines and prompts developed by EO's clinical team to offer cannabis information that is both personally relevant and clinically responsible. The AI Agent is trained on EO Care’s own data sources, which include a continuously expanding library of credible cannabis research from reliable academics, government sources, and industry experts. Acting as a knowledgeable guide, it provides valuable insights, addresses questions, and transforms the client experience. It analyzes patient clinical information to make tailored recommendations while ensuring the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI). How it Works: Behind the scenes, we use Puppeteer, a versatile AI infrastructure, to develop significantly more intelligent and human-like language models (LLMs). Puppeteer enabled us to design an AI Agent capable of engaging in personalized conversations based on EO Care’s data sources. It can not only engage in dialogue but also perform actions such as scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and accessing real-time information. Tech Stack & Integrations:

Felix aims to transform attitudes, behaviors, and norms regarding personal health and has gained the trust of over 500,000 Canadians. **Challenges and Solutions** The Felix platform enables users to engage in telehealth consultations, request online medical evaluations, have prescribed medications delivered to their homes at no cost, and utilize their insurance to cover expenses when applicable. We provided Staff Augmentation development services, with front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers collaborating closely with Felix's team. VIZO: Wearable eyewear for ADHD patients

The VIZO Glasses offer an innovative approach to treating Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), enabling individuals to better regulate their behavior. This technology enhances users' capacity for making effective decisions and switching between varying levels of attention. VIZO's goal is to significantly improve the quality of life for those dealing with attention issues by leveraging advanced technology and tailored solutions. Their unique Peripheral Retinal Stimuli (PRS) technology harnesses peripheral vision as a therapeutic aid, delivering personalized tiny color stimuli through the lenses that trigger an instant impact on attentional control. However, VIZO encountered system glitches that affected their ability to operate the cameras used for patient studies, customize lenses based on test results, coordinate appointments, and manage patient data within their CRM. To address these challenges, Light-it provided Development and UX/UI Design services, taking charge of the software necessary for operating the eye-testing cameras. By utilizing eye-tracking cameras, VIZO can customize treatment for each individual patient while also managing their information and appointments seamlessly. We worked on configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing the React frontend and Node.js microservices, allowing the VIZO team to deliver effective and streamlined services.
