About the Team
OUR STORY
Levels was founded by four computer engineering graduates from Politecnico di Milano — Tommaso Lucarelli, Emanuele Baldelli, Filippo Caliò, and Dario Del Gaizo — who shared a strong academic bond, enhanced by their participation in a dual degree Data Science program between Milan and KTH Stockholm. After working together as Business Intelligence Engineers at Amazon in Luxembourg, they chose to return to Italy to create their own venture. Launched in May 2024, Levels initially offered GenAI consulting before identifying a prevalent challenge in construction: managing subcontractor compliance documentation. Pivoting in June 2025, they developed Operatore Sicurezza, a SaaS product now widely adopted by Italian construction firms to automate supplier document verification.
