About the Team

OUR STORY

Our Story Level-Worker was established in 2025 by Mathis Kräkel and Paul Häusler with a specific goal: to assist German small and medium-sized enterprises in automating their repetitive tasks using AI and no-code solutions — all without the need for substantial budgets or extensive consulting periods. We leverage our extensive technical knowledge in n8n, Python, Supabase, and top AI models (Claude, GPT-4o) to provide practical implementation. Every solution we create operates on GDPR-compliant servers located in Germany.

Portfolio

AI-Powered Insurance Lead Automation

Sebastian Endres Versicherungen

Developed a comprehensive AI-driven lead automation system for an independent insurance broker. The process collects incoming leads through a web form, automatically computes customized insurance rates using tailored business logic, produces branded PDF proposals and personalized video content, and sends all materials to prospects via WhatsApp, entirely without manual involvement. Technologies utilized include n8n, Python, Supabase, Claude API, WhatsApp Business API, and PDF generation. Results: Lead response time was cut from hours to less than 2 minutes, enabling the client to manage five times the lead volume without any extra staff, leading to a substantial increase in conversion rates and revenue.

AI Document Classification Pipeline

Alexander Heil Hausverwaltung

Developed and implemented an advanced document classification and processing system for a German property management firm. This solution utilizes GPT-4o Vision to automatically categorize 32 distinct types of documents, including invoices, contracts, tenant communications, and utility bills, from incoming email attachments and scanned files. The technologies employed include n8n, the GPT-4o Vision API, Python, Supabase, and IMAP integration. As a result, the system automated the classification and routing of over 500 documents monthly with an accuracy rate exceeding 95%. This innovation saved more than 20 hours of manual sorting each week, allowing the team to concentrate on client-related tasks rather than administrative document processing.

Social Media Lead Automation System

Barbara Herzog Finanzberatung

Developed an automated system for generating and nurturing leads on social media for a financial advisor. This system tracks engagement on social media, automatically identifies and qualifies incoming leads, enhances contact information, and initiates customized follow-up sequences, transforming a passive social media presence into a proactive lead generation pipeline. Technologies used include n8n, Python, Supabase, Claude API, social media APIs, and CRM integration. Results included tripling the number of qualified leads from current social media channels within the first month and automating the entire lead qualification process, saving over 10 hours per week on manual outreach and follow-up tasks.
