Since its inception in 2009 by John Lenker, renowned for high-level brand and strategy work and founding the digital design firm Invioni, our company has evolved into a diverse team of seasoned executives, strategists, and creatives united by shared values and a commitment to uplifting humanity through impactful ideas. Our leadership includes Brian, a digital marketing expert with experience at Target.com and Fingerhut.com; John, a brand strategist skilled at crafting compelling marketing strategies; and Kevin, a former philosophy professor who brings analytical depth to our brand messaging and research. Rooted initially in marketing and e-learning and recognized with prestigious awards, our firm has grown to encompass consultants, analysts, designers, and producers dedicated to turning thoughtful strategies into tangible business growth.

A new vision to skyrocket investor engagement

Space Angels

Space Angels Network (SAN) was managing to survive but not thriving in the competitive arena of private space investments. To enhance its appeal to investors, maintain strong deal flow, and establish its authority in this specialized market, SAN required a fresh marketing vision. We collaborated with key stakeholders to rebrand the company and implemented a comprehensive digital transformation that integrated seamlessly with their investment platform. This included creating a cohesive visual design strategy, producing an explainer video and custom illustrations, and managing event marketing for their 2017 Expedition to NASA. Additionally, we launched a successful podcast featuring original music, which helped position Space Angels as a leader in the industry. Throughout our collaboration, consumer engagement increased by 500%, and Space Angels achieved its membership acquisition goal in half the anticipated time. Since then, Space Angels has continued to enhance its visibility, strengthen its portfolio, and establish itself as a key authority in the entrepreneurial space sector.

Reinventing an innovative biomedical nonprofit

huMannity Medtec

Following the death of its notable founder, the Alfred Mann Foundation, a biomedical nonprofit, faced a pivotal moment. The organization needed a forward-thinking brand that honored its founding legacy while better representing its commitment to providing transformative solutions for under-represented patient populations. The new identity system had to support future development and establish a strong presence in both public and industry recognition. We undertook comprehensive research and a brand workshop, which led to the creation of a new name and a variety of messaging tools for the organization. Additionally, we developed a complete visual brand identity, including a logo, wordmark, and color palette. We also designed and launched the huMannity website in September 2023, featuring high-quality product photography and technical illustrations. The launch of the huMannity brand created significant excitement within the organization’s industry, moving them closer to their aim of attracting more high-quality partners, entrepreneurs, inventors, and staff. To promote its message throughout the broader medical device and healthcare sectors, huMannity collaborated with us to produce ongoing content, automation, and media campaigns.

8-figure growth for a national contractor

Concrete Science

A premium concrete contractor required a complete rebranding to effectively target the profitable residential market. To generate brand awareness swiftly, the company sought to create a fresh set of marketing materials while working with a limited budget. We devised a detailed marketing plan to seize this opportunity. Once Concrete Science's new identity was established, we designed and launched a new website, crafted engaging marketing materials, and contributed to improving the company's operations to support the new brand.
