The Juice Stop
This health-focused restaurant was established in 2020 by a couple who moved from Brooklyn, NY. After coming up with a name and logo for their still-developing eatery in Jupiter, FL, they sought the help of Leftfield to assist with everything they needed, including website design, menus, loyalty program materials, business cards, indoor signage, and more. The logo featured a subway train car, and the only known design element for the restaurant was the use of white subway tiles and some graffiti on the walls. Leftfield embraced the established elements and the founders' New York sensibility by fully adopting the recognizable NYC MTA (Metropolitan Transportation Authority) style for all client needs. This strategy helped create a connection between the owners’ NYC background and their new community on Florida's Treasure Coast, allowing The Juice Stop to stand out from competitors in the "healthy" food sector that typically utilize a uniform green and earthy aesthetic. This approach also resonated with many transplants from the North who were seeking more than just avocado toast and acai bowls; they were looking for a taste of home. Despite launching during the early days of the Covid pandemic, The Juice Stop not only bounced back but also thrived, and they are currently planning to open more locations.
