Throughout its operations, the bank accumulated over 100 disparate tools surrounding its core banking system (CBS), leading to complex workflows and an overwhelming manual workload. These intricate processes resulted in data inconsistencies, inadequate tracking, and lost emails. To resolve these issues, ANZ had to expand its technology team while maintaining efficiency in both time and cost.
