Roverlund boosts Facebook Ads ROAS by 128%

In May 2021, Challenge Roverlund engaged Labyrinth Digital for Facebook advertising. At that point, all email marketing was handled internally via MailChimp. In October 2021, Labyrinth proposed that Roverlund switch from MailChimp to Klaviyo. Once the transition to Klaviyo was finished, the marketing overhaul commenced. Labyrinth linked Facebook Ads to Klaviyo and introduced a comprehensive paid social strategy that utilized audience segments generated in Klaviyo. The top-of-funnel campaign featured a customer look-alike model, interest-based audiences, and a wide audience cultivated through Facebook’s algorithms. The middle-of-funnel campaign targeted website visitors, email subscribers, and social media participants. The bottom-of-funnel efforts concentrated on cart abandonment and opportunities for product cross-selling. As a result, Roverlund's marketing KPIs soared. Despite the challenges posed by iOS 14.5 updates, the new paid social strategy enhanced the performance of Facebook ad campaigns and boosted overall sales. The results included a 1389% increase in email subscribers for Roverlund and a 74% year-over-year rise in email revenue during the holiday season. Klaviyo-powered Facebook Ad campaigns experienced a 128% increase in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) compared to non-Klaviyo campaigns, contributing to Roverlund's overall brand revenue growth in 2022, including a 17% rise in Facebook Ads revenue.

Cross channel strategy drove growth

REP Fitness

**The Challenge** REP Fitness, a fitness equipment company based in Denver, was in search of a partner to help expand its business. At that time, REP had no internal marketing department and operated with a limited advertising budget, while aiming to double its revenue. **The Solution** Labyrinth needed to begin from the ground up—previously, REP Fitness relied on organic strategies and Amazon advertising and had ceased email marketing due to deliverability problems. We conducted a competitive analysis, an audience analysis, and a marketing and analytics audit to create a long-term, comprehensive digital marketing strategy emphasizing the most effective methods. Labyrinth assisted REP in diversifying its marketing approach by decreasing its dependency on the Amazon Marketplace, establishing paid social media and search marketing campaigns, and developing transactional email communications. To continuously monitor KPIs, we created a measurement framework and a custom omni-channel dashboard. Monthly reports and actionable quarterly business reviews fostered a new data-driven mindset within the organization. **The Results** Labyrinth successfully drove unprecedented sales for REP Fitness. Over the course of a year, the company saw a 162% increase in annual website sales, significantly surpassing its growth objectives.

Pnuma's omni-channel strategy grew revenue by 25%

Pnuma Outdoors

Pnuma Outdoors, a brand specializing in hunting apparel, faces a highly seasonal sales pattern, with most of its revenue generated between September and December. When Labyrinth was brought on board mid-year, the company was lagging behind its target of surpassing last year’s revenue, and the critical season was approaching rapidly. To achieve the revenue target, attracting new customers was essential. Labyrinth developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that focused on multi-channel approaches and prioritized paid media for customer acquisition. Pnuma had not fully utilized Facebook as a marketing channel, so Labyrinth established the account with necessary integrations, a dynamic shopping feed, and analytics tracking. They then crafted a complete funnel advertising strategy to acquire and convert new customers. The previous agency had only employed Google Ads for branded search, leaving other opportunities unexplored. To address this, Labyrinth revamped the Google Ads account by incorporating branded, non-branded, and competitive search campaigns, configuring Merchant Center and a product feed for Shopping ads, launching upper-funnel Discovery and Display Ads, and developing a YouTube strategy from the ground up for prospecting and retargeting. Additionally, since the client did not have a clear promotional strategy, Labyrinth created a promotional calendar to align marketing initiatives and facilitate timely testing of ads. By the end of the year, the client surpassed its revenue goal by 25% and expanded its customer base by 39%. The client experienced significant enhancements in advertising efforts—thanks to Labyrinth's strategic plan, paid media resulted in 326% more sessions and 169% more transactions compared to the previous year.
