The challenge lies in the portal's extensive content; many visitors may not know where to begin or how to quickly access the information they seek. Since numerous users access the site through mobile devices, in various languages, and from different time zones, support needs to be available at all times. A solution was required that would enable users to independently locate answers without sifting through numerous pages or sending emails. The solution is a smart, round-the-clock chatbot developed by Krabu Grupp that acts as a helpful virtual guide. Users can open the chat icon while browsing and ask questions. The chatbot searches available articles and databases for responses and provides clear and concise answers, often linking to specific pages for further information. The interaction is personal, straightforward, and seamless, functional across all devices around the clock. If a user temporarily loses internet access, the chatbot alerts them and waits patiently until the connection is restored. Ensuring the chatbot felt like a natural part of the website was essential. Therefore, the chat window is designed to be simple, unobtrusive, and visually consistent with the client's overall aesthetic. All messages are clearly presented with timestamps and brand-specific details. Additionally, the chatbot adheres to accessibility standards, making it user-friendly for mobile users, individuals with visual impairments, and those utilizing screen readers.
