Two industry-leading websites for DK&A
KOTA undertook the task of redesigning two websites for the DK&A organization: DK&A itself, a strategic design consultancy, and the Design Thinkers Academy London, which focuses on coaching and leadership. Following a comprehensive rebranding, DK&A aimed for both websites to embody their new cohesive identity. Our objective was to enhance the relationship between the two brands—while keeping them distinct. Each site was required to be distinctive: DK&A would emphasize its design consultancy services, while Design Thinkers Academy London would concentrate on selling courses online through Shopify.
For DK&A, our goal was to develop an innovative and engaging website that prominently displays their work and offerings. The site needed to draw in new clients and allow the team to easily update it with new case studies and content. Being a design firm, the DK&A site had to exude creativity and excitement. We animated their new branding elements, such as the vibrant ampersand and molecular graphics, to bring them to life. The outcome? A top-tier website that effectively showcases DK&A’s services, culture, and thought leadership in an engaging and dynamic manner.
As for the Design Thinkers Academy London, which provides live and online courses, events, and coaching, our aim was to optimize their e-commerce platform to increase course sales and develop a comprehensive learning hub filled with resources, blogs, and podcasts. Through collaborative design efforts, we produced an aesthetically pleasing website that seamlessly integrates DTA’s creative brand identity with an intuitive Shopify platform. The new site facilitates easy access for users to find and purchase courses, alongside valuable educational resources.
What was the result? A 70.8% rise in average engagement time within three months, along with a very satisfied client: "We are incredibly pleased with the results. KOTA is a talented digital partner. Thank you, team KOTA!" - David Kester, Managing Director. Read the complete case study here! https://kota.co.uk/work/dka
