Scratch Game: As part of their national marketing campaign in Lithuania, DFDS collaborated with Koralis to create an engaging platform for users to participate in various prize draws. We enjoy partnering with DFDS due to their innovative and large-scale marketing initiatives. For this particular project, we developed a browser-based scratch game where users enter their email to play, scratch a lottery ticket, and win various prizes. Banners: A crucial aspect of DFDS's advertising strategy was to boost ferry trip bookings during the off-season. To promote ferry routes online, DFDS enlisted Koralis to design a variety of banner formats aimed at reaching the right audiences at the optimal time to drive conversions. Our designers quickly adapted to DFDS's requirements and, utilizing DFDS BIM (Building Information Modeling), produced multiple banner ad prototypes that effectively conveyed the intended message and helped convert traffic into tangible revenue during the slower season. Packpin - E-commerce Shipment Tracker Packpin is an e-commerce solution we developed, evolving from an MVP to a full SaaS product that secured pre-seed funding. It assists online retailers in tracking shipments, enhancing the post-purchase experience for customers, and fostering customer retention. The challenge arose from a client's need for a shipment tracking feature in their Magento store, where we noticed the absence of a user-friendly and valuable tracking app for both retailers and shoppers. We rapidly advanced the project to support major e-commerce platforms and established a cloud-based system that facilitates ongoing development and scalability. This platform enables Packpin to offer seamless custom integrations for established eCommerce brands, regardless of their technology stack. Packpin involved extensive research and a complete reimagining of the customer journey from order placement to package delivery. We thoroughly analyzed and identified solutions to the key post-purchase customer pain points. Our team quickly devised a product suite that includes global shipment tracking, automatic customer notifications, fulfillment monitoring, and various marketing tools that positively impact customer loyalty and retention.
