About the Team
OUR STORY
Khaas is Ojas Gangwal's one-person studio in Rome, and he writes every line of the code himself. He builds production RAG assistants that answer support and documentation questions from a client's own content instead of making things up. What taught him the discipline was AlfaCura: across more than 13,000 production conversations in an Italian healthcare setting, he learned that the language model is the least trustworthy part of the system — so he stopped letting it decide the things that count. Deterministic rules now run before the model: regex catches emergencies before any inference, routing and entity extraction are structured rather than guessed, and the output is schema-constrained.
