We are extremely proud of our remarkable launch, which was completed in precisely 24 hours. Released on March 12, just one day after the World Health Organization declared the pandemic, this award-winning website was developed in collaboration with our partners in New Jersey. The public health crisis began to unfold immediately after the pandemic announcement. Through this site, we are pleased to contribute to the well-being of individuals across the globe. Additionally, Help Slow COVID-19 reached nearly three thousand executives, public health officials, and community members, earning a Gold award in the 2020 Muse Creative Awards hosted by the International Awards Associate.

Growing Membership and societal-wide impact through a New Brand and Online Plaform

Key Medium developed a new brand identity and clarified the Coalition's mission to enhance brand recognition. The revamped design and branding maximized effectiveness through a program-oriented information structure. We carried out market research, stakeholder surveys, and design thinking workshops to refine the offerings on the site and prioritize information. The workshops identified the information users most wanted to access quickly, which is why the bike maps and links to the latest blog posts – showcasing updates and local bike news – are prominently featured on the homepage. By fine-tuning the website's text, we improved the messaging and created a design focused on their action-oriented objectives. The organization aimed to convey a sense of fun and energy, and we achieved that. The website features vibrant images of local bike rides, and the interactive bike map is particularly useful, especially since the entire site is optimized for mobile devices, allowing users to easily access essential information while on long rides.
