Smart Lunch Box

Unknown

The app-controlled Lunch Box allows users to heat their food quickly and conveniently, promoting a healthier lifestyle. It can also be used to cook rice and steam vegetables. The challenges addressed include ensuring it is leakproof, has an easy-to-clean surface, and features an ergonomic design that's durable for long-term use. The PCBA was designed with IPC and IEC standards in mind, as well as being prepared for ESD and EMC certification. The result is a compact, ergonomic design with a leakproof casing that is portable and easy to clean, making it possible to heat food anytime, anywhere. Its unique design ensures sustainability for prolonged use, while the electrical components prioritize user safety in compliance with IPC, IEC, and ESD/EMC certifications. We were involved in the project from its initial stages through to mass production and the product's market launch.
