KBRS

At KBRS, our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a continuous journey fueled by genuine commitment and learning. We actively foster supportive environments for equity-deserving groups, including clients, candidates, and colleagues, integrating DEI principles into our policies with guidance from leadership and specialized committees. Embracing community involvement, our team volunteers extensively, supporting DEI initiatives through boards, mentorships, and events. Recognizing the Indigenous territories on which we operate, including the Mi’kmaq and other nations, we honor their sovereignty and strive to decolonize recruitment processes. Engaging with Indigenous scholars and completing allyship training, we pledge to listen, learn, and address systemic inequalities authentically in all our endeavors.
