THE APPROACH The SEO team at JumpFly identified that The Stationery Studio’s landing page templates relied heavily on promotional content and showcased fewer products, which did not align with Google's expectations for transactional content. They suggested a hybrid strategy for these crucial landing pages. For keywords that Google identifies as “transactional”—indicating a user’s intent to purchase—competing pages that ranked well utilized a grid layout displaying multiple products. In contrast, The Stationery Studio’s pages lacked this feature, leading to weaker transactional intent signals towards Google. To enhance these signals, JumpFly SEO collaborated with The Stationery Studio to test a hybrid page template that combined promotional content with a comprehensive grid of shoppable and filterable products. THE RESULTS The hybrid landing page initiative resulted in immediate improvements, leading to a 57% increase in clicks and a 37.9% rise in revenue from organic search year over year (YoY). **THE CHALLENGE** Unique Truck was making sales on Amazon, but their performance was erratic and inefficient. The goal was straightforward: to boost revenue while enhancing efficiency and profitability without significantly raising advertising expenses. **THE APPROACH** JumpFly adopted a systematic Amazon Ads strategy focused on enhancing efficiency before scaling. We refined keyword targeting, minimized unnecessary spending by optimizing bids and placements, and redirected budget towards the most effective segments. After achieving better efficiency, we profitably scaled by increasing ROAS before enlarging budgets, utilizing search term harvesting, and balancing growth between branded and non-branded keywords to enhance long-term TACoS. Throughout this process, we concentrated on sustainable, profit-oriented growth by prioritizing net profitability instead of aggressive spending increases, aiming for compounding performance improvements over time. **THE RESULTS** After JumpFly took over management, performance improved significantly while also becoming more efficient.
