Born in Scottsdale, Arizona, I began my career as a crew chief fighting forest fires for Tonto National Forest before founding and leading US AIR Heating and Cooling, Emergency Air, and Rescue One Air. Under my guidance, these companies received multiple nominations and awards for ethical business practices, including several Better Business Torch Awards. Integrity and genuine care have been foundational to my leadership style, emphasizing people over profit. I also established JTX Consulting to support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses through mergers and acquisitions, leveraging my experience building and selling companies.
