About the Team

OUR STORY

The Joseph Group thrives on delivering impactful leadership, executive, and business coaching, founded on the extensive expertise of Mike Joseph, a veteran CEO with a background spanning hospitality, international travel, and professional coaching. Over two decades, Mike's entrepreneurial journey—owning and operating over 25 businesses—has honed his skills in executive development, strategic business planning, and group facilitation. Certified as a Forum Chair with MacKay CEO Forums and a Gazelles International Coach, Mike leads The Joseph Group with a deep understanding of the challenges CEOs face. Recognizing that business owners often prioritize day-to-day operations over strategic growth, Mike offers a fresh perspective that empowers clients to navigate complexities, outperform competitors, and embrace the exciting journey of business success.
