Our company was founded as a family-owned venture in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the early 1930s. By the mid-1930s, JMI relocated to St. George, Utah, where we began our operations in the sand, gravel, and concrete industry, and we've been based here ever since. After several years in materials supply and construction, JMI Property Services expanded to a full-service real estate brokerage, offering comprehensive real estate services to our clients. At JMI, we are dedicated to community and economic development, which is integral to every project we take on. We are committed to enhancing our local community and elevating the quality of life. Over the past 60 years, we have contributed substantial financial resources, time, and expertise to support the growth of Dixie State University, recognizing the importance of education to the community. We have actively participated in organizations such as the St. George Chamber of Commerce, the Washington County Economic Development Council (WCEDC), the Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA), the Rotary Club, the DSU Alumni Association Board, the St. George Exchange Club, Leadership Dixie, and the establishment of the Fort Pierce Industrial Park.
