Workwear Express: Increasing revenue by 23% with a PWA powered B2B user-journey

The challenge: B2B buyers, much like B2C consumers, value consistent communication and transparency when making purchases online. Workwear Express understands this well, having built a customer base of over 200,000 clients and serving businesses in more than 100 countries across various industries. They offer a wide range of products, from PPE to lab coats, and take pride in their exceptional customer service, high-quality products, prompt delivery, and great value, whether catering to a small one-time buyer or a large corporation. However, to further their growth, Workwear recognized the need to enhance the online user experience. What we achieved: Our solution: We transitioned the Workwear Express website from its existing PHP custom platform to Magento 2.3.5 with PWA (Progressive Web App) functionality to enhance speed and flexibility. Constructing the site as a PWA also allows Workwear to effectively prepare for future expansion, which will eventually incorporate real-time customizations and product approvals. The PWA was developed in just four months, securing Workwear's business for years ahead. The artwork approval and confirmation process has been completely automated through Magento, enabling B2B buyers to access the Workwear portal for their orders, where they can find all communications and information regarding order statuses, such as artwork approvals, quantities, and turnaround times, at any time. Customers now receive automated notifications at each step of their buying journey and have the ability to manage their orders, including re-proofing artwork. Additionally, Workwear is now among the top five fastest sites in the world!

Crafter's Companion: Enabling international growth & increasing sales by 172%

The task at hand: Craft products attract customers looking to showcase their creativity, resulting in a diverse audience and offering craft sellers a global opportunity. Crafters Companion was prepared to take this significant leap. Their main obstacle was catering to their international customers in the US and EU while operating through their UK website. Crafters recognized that to effectively grow internationally, they needed to revamp their eCommerce platform to engage both local and global customers more effectively. What we accomplished: To boost site traffic and attract new international customers, we collaborated with Crafters to devise a strategy for managing multiple sites tailored for target countries in the EU and US, all while maintaining the cohesive brand experience that Crafters is known for in the UK. A rebranding was essential to ensure consistency across these different sites. Additionally, we transitioned from Magento 1 to Magento 2 to enhance site performance for the entire Crafter’s online experience. We also integrated a new payment gateway with Adyen to facilitate international online payments and introduced services from Klevu and Nosto to personalize offerings based on customer location and purchase history, allowing Crafters to better understand their new audiences for future growth and success. Furthermore, we connected Crafters’ sites with Brightpearl to streamline internal operations like inventory management and shipping logistics.

Graham & Green: Boosting revenue by 300% with a beautiful mobile experience

When Graham and Green approached us, they were already a well-established interiors brand with locations in some of London’s trendiest areas. However, their outdated website was holding back online sales, which hadn't seen any significant growth for three years. The site was not optimized for mobile use and did not effectively reflect the brand's aspirational vision or the unique ways in which Graham and Green designs and sources its products. At JH, we have an in-depth understanding of the home furnishings industry, allowing us to recognize the potential for a unique customer experience for Graham and Green. We based our design strategy on their remarkable creativity, collaborating closely with their talented team to bring their beautiful photography and storytelling to life online in innovative ways. To support their marketers and merchandisers going forward, we integrated CMS authoring tools that would enable them to create engaging content to attract both new and returning customers. A custom solution was implemented by migrating from Magento 1 to a more advanced Magento 2 platform, significantly enhancing the customer experience. The upgraded features and improved administrative capabilities were designed to boost revenue. As a result, the site’s performance was improved by 45%, and after the launch, online revenue saw a remarkable increase of over 300% for the first time in three years.
