This includes scheduling service appointments and optimizing travel time for business trips. Objectives and Responsibilities: JET BI provided consulting and configuration services that the team successfully executed. Outcomes:

XRAY Test Management System Implementation

Health Company

**Introduction** The company embarked on a new project related to Health Cloud. The product had already been successfully implemented, and JET BI's role was to enhance and maintain it. Several clients were already utilizing the product, and the testing team was responsible for ensuring its quality with each release. However, the product's quality was at risk, prompting the test team to streamline information retrieval and enhance test quality by implementing clear traceability in Jira. It was decided to incorporate a test management solution as a Jira extension, and the XRAY test management system was selected. **XRAY Configuration** To set it up, a new custom Jira ticket type called "Requirement" was first created. This was necessary because XRAY can use any Jira ticket as a requirement to be tested, such as user stories. However, altering established project processes to require the creation of stories solely for testing purposes can be challenging. If even one story is mistakenly created without corresponding tests, it leads to gaps in test traceability (i.e., not all requirements are tested). **Conclusion** Ultimately, we accomplished the following:

During the development phase, a valuable opportunity arose: a request to design an automotive basket that utilizes the Smart Shelf's capabilities. This important milestone highlights our innovative mindset and flexibility. The automotive basket integrates smoothly with our Smart Shelf technology, allowing for real-time updates; when a customer picks a product from the shelf in-store, it instantly appears in their mobile app basket. This groundbreaking feature facilitates unattended checkout experiences in retail environments, representing a significant leap forward in shopping convenience.
