I have participated in five successful exits, one of which was a $200 million telemedicine exit in December 2025. My experience spans various industries, including e-commerce with companies like SunFrog (over $100 million), telemedicine brands like PeterMD, influencer brands such as Real Talk Kim and Orange County Choppers, as well as operators managing live events and scaling educational businesses through acquisitions, law firms, and tax strategy. I have a comprehensive understanding of how all components—teams, systems, and performance—interconnect at scale.
