About the Team
OUR STORY
iWorker emerged from Venezuela's crisis, born from founder Enrique's personal journey. Once a luxury hotel manager earning just $30 monthly, Enrique connected with Jeb, an American in Argentina, through an online job ad. Together, as Enrique and his pregnant wife relocated to Argentina, they established iWorker as a social enterprise. Their mission: to offer online employment to exceptional individuals in crisis-hit countries like Venezuela, enabling them to earn in US dollars and uplift their families. Unlike general platforms, iWorker specializes in the top 5% of remote talent from targeted nations including Venezuela, Argentina, Nicaragua, and Uganda. With local presence in these regions, they access unique talent pools and provide clients superior professionals at 70-80% lower costs.
