We specialize in sourcing AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Generative AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps professionals, Cloud Architects, Tech Leads, CTOs, and more than 60 additional tech profiles for businesses across Chile and LATAM. Our niche lies in identifying passive candidates—experienced professionals who are not actively seeking new roles and are typically not listed on job boards. Our process ensures a shortlist of technically assessed candidates within just four business days. We operate on a success-based fee model, meaning no upfront costs or retainers are required. Our clients range from fintech firms and startups to retail, SaaS companies, and large enterprises undergoing digital transformation, making us Chile's premier recruitment agency for artificial intelligence and technology talent.
