Portfolio

Committed to This Manufacturing Firm's Success

Manufacturing Firm

This client specializes in producing custom cable assemblies and electromechanical sub-assemblies, mainly serving the medical sector. They collaborate with companies to design and manufacture tailored cables that are essential for lifesaving equipment, medical devices, and surgical instruments. Beyond manufacturing, they also provide post-manufacturing assistance with supply chain solutions and inventory management. Spade Technology Proactively Addresses IT Challenges for This Manufacturing Company Before partnering with Spade Technology, the manufacturing firm depended on a part-time IT contractor. This limited IT support failed to adequately address and prevent recurring issues. Eventually, the COO and other leaders recognized the need for improved IT support to facilitate business growth. Engaging Spade Technology offered them a more comprehensive, proactive, and effective IT support system, enabling the resolution of ongoing IT challenges and aligning their technology with future business objectives. Spade Technology Delivers Expert IT Guidance for This Manufacturing Company In addition to managing daily IT operations and infrastructure, Spade Technology also offers a virtual CIO service. Acting in the role of CIO for the manufacturing firm, Spade's team provides essential insights and strategic direction for the long-term development of their IT systems.

Helped This Company Achieve Higher Productivity

Control Systems Company

This groundbreaking company specializing in ethics and compliance has acted as an independent monitor in numerous cases related to federal, state, and private enforcement actions, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards across a range of sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, insurance, transportation, retail, public utilities, healthcare, and construction. The traditional IT strategy of this control systems company proved ineffective. The Vice President of Operations noted, "Initially, we relied on a person who would address any issues with our IT systems as they arose. We then engaged a small IT firm for improved technical support. However, we soon understood that this reactive, 'fire-fighting' approach was not sustainable long-term, which led us to partner with Spade Technology." As a reliable IT partner, Spade Technology has provided solutions that ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and optimized communication for the control systems company, benefiting its employees, subject-matter experts, and consultants. This enhancement has significantly boosted overall productivity and improved customer service for their clients.

Reduced IT Stress and Optimized Operations

Entertainment Construction and Supply Company

One of our numerous clients is a company that specializes in entertainment construction and supply. They offer a wide range of services, including design/build engineering, construction, and retail sales of entertainment products. To ensure their offices remain connected and their staff stay productive, this company relies on a strong and efficient IT infrastructure, which is why they partner with Spade Technology. Previously, this entertainment construction and supply firm struggled with unclear IT management. Before opting for fully managed support, they attempted to handle everything internally. Their method was primarily reactive; when something needed attention, someone would step in. This approach consumed considerable time for staff members managing IT, hindering their ability to focus on other tasks. Additionally, any absence due to illness or other issues put the business at risk. Since collaborating with Spade Technology, this client has benefitted from smooth and effective support across their organization. Their team now has the reliable IT functionality they desire, ensuring operations run smoothly every day. With Spade Technology's assistance, they have achieved a secure and responsive IT environment that fulfills their needs.
